When filling out the form, Please provide the following details:
1. Group Information
- Number of rooms required
- Number of people in your group
2. Train Reservations (if required)
If you would like us to book train tickets for you, please include the following for each person in your group:
- Full Name
- Age
- Food Preference(V/NV)
3. Accommodation Preferences
Each hotel has a limited number of rooms of varying sizes and rates. In the Accommodation section, please indicate:
- Hotel choice: Kodaikanal, Raindrop, or Carlton
- Order of preference for these hotels: 1, 2, or 3
- Room type:
- High-end (usually suites)
- Medium
- Basic
Rooms will be allocated based on:
- Your stated hotel preference
- Room type preference
- A first-come, first-served basis within those preferences
If you are arranging your own accommodation, randomly pick any preference. we will ignore it. Sorry for putting up with the quirks of google forms!

4. Areas of Interest
The organizers are curating unique experiences during the reunion, including:
- Out-of-the-ordinary day trips and half-day scenic trips
- Unusual and memorable treks
Please indicate:
- Which activities you’re interested in
- Any suggestions or special requirements in the free-text section provided
5. Dinner Sponsorship Opportunities
Every evening, we will come together for a shared dinner—a time to relax, reconnect, and reminisce. We invite you to be a part of this exceptional experience by sponsoring or co-sponsoring a dinner for the group.
Sponsorship Details:
- Full Dinner Sponsorship: ₹40,000 ($500)
- Co-Sponsorship (shared with one other person): ₹20,000 ($250)
By sponsoring or co-sponsoring, you’ll play an important role in making these evenings unforgettable. If you're interested, please indicate your preference in the registration Google Form.
What’s Included:
- A wonderful shared dinner with your batchmates
- Beer included with the meal
Organizers will provide all other alcoholic beverages (please refer to the “C₂H₅OH Question” below for more details)
We greatly appreciate your support, and we’ll acknowledge your generosity appropriately.
The cost indicated is on the higher side , it will be less for sure . You will be billed only the actuals.

6.The C₂H₅OH Question (a.k.a. The Alcohol Situation)
The eternal reunion puzzle—how much booze is enough booze? Many an organizer has spent sleepless nights crafting complicated spreadsheets just to solve this spiritual conundrum. But time (and metabolism) has taught us one thing: we all drink a lot less than we used to.
So this year, we’re keeping it simple:
The Formula:
Bring twice the amount you think you’ll personally consume, and donate the whole thing to one of the trusted organizers— Gautam or Mama. They’ll take care of the rest, ensuring there’s a stash available for everyone at meal times.
What You Need to Know:

. The bar is well-stocked,very reasonably priced, and a very cozy place to gather.You’re sorted
- Not staying at the club?
Don’t sweat it. One of your club-dwelling buddies will certainly buy you a drink. Or three. We’re that kind of batch & It’s that kind of reunion. Besides , Raindrop and Carlton have fully stocked bar.
- Beer?
Plenty. Everywhere. Cold. Reliable. Next.
- Wine?
- Hmm.. thats a bit of a problem — wine is scarce, both in Tamil Nadu and in India in general.The club has Sula and Grover by the bottle. So if you’re a wine drinker, bring your own (double) supply. Else you may end up switching to beer midweek.
Payment
Once you’ve filled out the registration form, you’ll need to make an advance payment of Rs 30,000 or $350. This token amount only confirms your commitment and guarantees you accommodation at the venue plus train reservations. We will determine the actual total cost of the reunion specifically for each individual only after we know hotel details, trip participation and expenses for meals and transportation.
When you fill out the registration form, you may not have completed the payment. In that case, after you hit submit, you will get an email confirming your submission. Please keep that email, as it contains the link to edit your responses. You will need that link to return and add your payment details.
When making payment via SCAN, UPI, NEFT, or PayPal, please enter your full name in the payment comments so we can identify your payment. The payment account name may differ from the registrant’s name.
If possible, capture a screenshot or note the payment reference so you can enter it when editing your registration form later.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration Deadline: October 31st
- To guarantee your room at the negotiated group rate, you must register and pay theadvance by October 31.
- Cancellations made on or before October 31st will receive a full refund of your advance.
After October 30:
- Formal registration will close, and we will raise invoices for all confirmed registrants. Please make your payment promptly once invoiced.
- If you're unsure of your plans and miss the October 31 deadline, don't worry — you're still welcome to join us!
Late Joiners (Post-October 31):

- There are plenty of rooms available at both Raindrop and Carton hotels. You can book directly through their websites.
- Travel arrangements — by train to Dindigul or Kodai Road, or by flight to Madurai — should be easy, as this is off-season.
- If you decide to join after October 31, please inform us as soon as possible. You’ll only be charged a participation fee to cover local transportation and meals.
- We will also facilitate transportation to and from Kodai(you will pay directly). If you make train reservations on the same trains as the group, you are welcome to join for a small charge.
